Shipping & Handling

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Carrier & Tracking: All orders are shipped via reputable carriers, and tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (780) 460-9101 or abspow@telus.net.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, and shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by Absolute Power & Performance LTD.

Returns & Store Credit

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original delivery date.
  • After the 15-day return period, store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
  • Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for damaged or defective items.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.
