This thermostat upgrade is the key to solve the temp issues on these sleds. Made from billet aluminum these thermostats have a lower temp large bellow internal thermostat that moves quickly to keep running temps at an optimal temp.

New for 2021-22 season is the billet thermostat housing for the ski doo 850. If your sled runs too hot your loosing Hp! This billet thermostat housing will keep your sled running cool with the high flow billet housing and unique high flow thermostat. On long WOT pulls in deep snow we have noticed increased coolant temps and have found that over 108F the engine will begin to loose power. This new thermostat will keep more consistent temps in long steep pulls and aggressive riding in deep snow. This is especially beneficial on factory or aftermarket turbo sleds. Please note that adequate snow is required to get thrown up into your heat exchanger to remove the heat. This product will not eliminate overheating issues on hard icy trails.
